Black Account

On request The Black Account is designed especially for ICEPAY clients generating extremely high volumes in their businesses. Parties falling under the so-called 'High Risk' categories are also assigned a Black Account. Like the Blue Account, this account provides you with access to all of the payment methods, webshop modules and features that ICEPAY offers, as well as a personal account manager who is always available to provide assistance. If you have a Black Account, every component in your account is customised, at competitive rates and including extra facilities. You cannot choose a Black Account yourself; this must be done in consultation with ICEPAY.
