IDEAL Pro

The ICEPAY product iDEAL Pro is no longer available. ICEPAY offers a new, free of charge service for all customers who use iDEAL, Direct Debit and/or Wire Transfer. From now your company name will be automatically mentioned at the bank statement of your paying customer. Before, you had to pay € 0,15 per transaction by iDEAL Pro. But we are now able to offer you this service without extra charges, because of some adjustments in our system.

The mention on the bank statement of your customers will be like this:

'Stichting Escrow ICEPAY inzake [bedrijfsnaam van het bedrijf waarmee u bij ICEPAY staat ingeschreven]'

Instead of: '- ING inzake ICEPAY'

The mention of your company name is automatically and no extra actions are required. It is of course still possible to make a change in the mention on the bank statements of your customers. In case you want to change the mention, this can be done easily in your ICEPAY Account.

The change you make will be applied to all iDEAL, Direct Debit and Wire Transfer transactions. Per merchant and per change, you pay € 7,50 once. The costs will be processed automatically within the ICEPAY Account.
